Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care to ensure optimum independence, dignity, and respect, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
