Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
