They are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to lead the way in hiring for their senior-level and support team roles on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. The role is based in Northampton and offers a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Main duties of the job

As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each role and tailoring attraction strategies to build strong candidate pipelines. You will proactively source high-calibre candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, screen candidates to ensure a great fit, and coordinate interviews while providing feedback to ensure a fair, consistent, and positive recruitment journey for all. You will work closely with the Senior Operational Team and Heads of Functions, building strong relationships and delivering a recruitment experience that's second to none.
