Job summary
This is a temporary Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained will also be part of your role.
