Job summary
This is a role as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. This will involve identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
