Job summary
Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as an Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting the General Manager and Administrator in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home and meet Head Office deadlines on financial procedures and all information returns.
Main duties of the job
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include submitting data to enable invoicing, assisting in the preparation and dispatch of management information, placing purchase orders with approved suppliers, and managing residents' personal allowances. You will need to have two years of clerical experience, the ability to communicate effectively, and the skills to prioritize your own workload.
