Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care to our residents. This will include assisting them with their daily hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across all tasks and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
