Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. This will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
