Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference. Your focus will be on providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be involved in leading the person-centred care planning process, assisting in the smooth transition of resident discharges, monitoring the well-being of each resident, and ensuring safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
