Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your duties will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also serve as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals.
