Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' overall well-being. This includes identifying their life histories, needs, and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. You will need to have previous experience working with older people in a residential or nursing setting, as well as expertise in organizing activities and events. Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing quality care are essential.
