Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support the Care team in delivering high-quality personal care to residents. This will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development.
