As a Care Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient management of the home, handling administrative tasks and ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
Main duties of the job
The Care Home Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including data collection for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, collating information for payroll, providing clerical support to the General Manager, and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process of staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of business administration experience, be confident with computers, possess effective interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritize their own workload.
