Main duties of the job
Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You'll also be expected to practice safe systems of work across all tasks.
