Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that any reasonable requests are addressed, and concerns or complaints are escalated.
