Job summary
This role as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare will focus on providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. The successful candidate will have experience working with older people in a residential setting and organizing activities and events.
Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment. You must live the values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all that you do.
