Main duties of the job

As the Unit Manager - Clinical, your key responsibilities will include leading and supporting your team, enhancing residents' quality of life through care planning, managing staffing rotas, and collaborating with the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers to oversee medication management.   • Managing and participating in the rota to ensure that senior care and care support are always available and that the your unit is covered appropriately.
  • Supporting the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in managing the medication systems and ordering and distributing prescribed medication to residents.

  • An active NMC PIN.
  • Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
