Job summary
This is a temporary role as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role will involve providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative duties.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Other responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
