They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant on a temporary basis, providing high-quality personal care and support to their residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. To be successful, you should have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect, and be an efficient worker who can adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
