As a Care Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in managing, supporting, and guiding a small team to ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.
Main duties of the job
Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that our resident's choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. You will promote and deliver high-quality person-centered care, closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, and deal with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
