Main duties of the job
The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while understanding the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. They will identify residents' life histories, needs, and preferences, plan and submit monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arrange activities and events, and maintain a safe living and working environment.
