Job summary
This is a receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The receptionist will be the first point of contact within the home, offering professional and high-quality customer service, as well as providing a range of administrative support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, and have a positive and welcoming attitude.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
