They are now seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Hospitality Manager to join their award-winning team and deliver a customer-centric experience while ensuring residents' needs are fully integrated and supported.
Main duties of the job
As a Hospitality Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing all areas of the home that are non-clinical and care-related, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception. Your focus will be on ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and aesthetics throughout the home environment, including the garden and outdoor areas. You will also be required to follow the Standard Operating Procedures to consistently deliver Avery's brand standards throughout the home, and ensure that all work is planned, prioritized, and delegated effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of the team.
