Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. You will also be expected to undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
