Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within the role, and they are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards the residents and other people in the home.
