Main duties of the job
As a Kitchen Assistant, your focus will be on supporting the catering function, ensuring food preparations are undertaken to the highest standards of hygiene. You will also contribute to team working, respond positively to colleagues, and action all reasonable work instructions promptly. Additionally, you will advise on the supply and quality of items used to carry out tasks, ensuring the timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods. Throughout your work, you will exhibit a caring and understanding attitude towards the residents.
