Avery is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator.
Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. You will be responsible for identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
