Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on supporting the care team to provide excellent personal care to residents. This will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for staff supervision and supporting the development of the care team.
