Main duties of the job
As the Care Home Deputy Manager, your focus will be to support the General Manager in operating a compliant and effective person-centred care home. This will involve providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring the wellbeing of residents, and completing audits and reports as required. You will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
