Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
