Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. You will maintain a safe living and working environment, contribute to the positive and professional image of the home, and report any changes in residents' conditions. You will also support with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities and establishing links with the local community.
