Job summary
The Deputy Manager - RGN role at Avery Healthcare is responsible for supporting the General Manager in running a compliant and effective person-centred care home that provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors. Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Manager - RGN, your key responsibilities will include providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, completing audits and quality indicator reports, and attending weekly clinical meetings to monitor risk areas. You will need to have a first-level qualification, current NMC registration, and a minimum of two years' experience in a similar care environment management position.
