Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver exceptional personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders. You will also be required to undertake staff supervisions and support the development of your colleagues.
