Job summary
The role of a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare is to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as handling a range of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
