The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator role at Avery Healthcare is focused on providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment. You will be expected to have previous experience working with older people in a residential setting, as well as effective communication skills and a positive attitude towards older adults.
