Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
