As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Main duties of the job
The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant is responsible for supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a diverse range of activities that promote the overall well-being of our residents. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community to encourage intergenerational interactions.
