Job summary

The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare focuses on driving performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality assured training to the team. Main duties of the job

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs, planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, and assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.

  • Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training.
