Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact within the home, offering professional, high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and providing administrative assistance as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
