They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Hospitality Manager. The role involves overseeing and effectively managing all non-clinical and care-related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric experience at Avery while ensuring that residents' needs are fully integrated and supported. You will oversee and effectively manage all areas of the home that are non-clinical and care-related, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home environment, including the garden and outdoor areas, and ensuring that all work is planned, prioritized, and delegated effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of the team.
