Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You'll also be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
