Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality personal care to residents, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services. This will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and reporting any clinical risks, and acting with courtesy and respect towards residents and their visitors. You will also be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
