Job summary

This role is for a Hospitality Manager at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing all non-clinical and care-related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be focused on delivering a customer-centric experience at Avery while ensuring that residents' needs are fully integrated and supported. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home environment, following standard operating procedures to consistently deliver Avery's brand standards, and effectively planning, prioritizing, and delegating work to your team.

  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures to consistently deliver Averys brand standards throughout the home
  • Ensure that all work is planned, prioritised and delegated effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of the team
