Job summary
This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to the residents, while also overseeing staff development and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
