Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and preferences of the residents, planning and implementing a monthly activity and wellbeing program, and arranging events and outings that encourage the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and positive environment within the home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, and a commitment to providing high-quality activities and social events.
