Job summary
Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator to join their award-winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of engaging activities to promote the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the residents, while also fostering an environment that supports privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment.
Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to understand the needs and preferences of the residents, plan and deliver a diverse range of activities and events, and contribute to the positive and professional image of the home. You will be responsible for identifying residents' life histories, developing detailed life stories, and arranging activities, events, and outings that encourage the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
