Main duties of the job
The Regional Client Liaison Manager is responsible for training, implementing best practices, and driving occupancy growth across the South division of Avery Healthcare's homes. They will work closely with the Senior BDM to align strategies, support other CLMs, and enhance operational efficiency across the business. Responsibilities include acting as a temporary CLM, optimising local networking and community engagement, driving enquiry growth, overseeing CRM systems, and implementing new processes to streamline sales and marketing.
