Job summary

The Recruitment Specialist will support business growth and performance by providing recruitment services to the homes in the Central Region. They will build strong relationships across the region, understand the unique challenges of each home, and act as the subject matter expert for all things recruitment, providing advice and problem-solving.

Main duties of the job

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will provide a hands-on recruitment service to the homes with particularly challenging recruitment needs, arrange and manage recruitment days, train new employees on the recruitment process, and collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment, and Operations Team to understand and respond to business priorities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Recruitment Specialist you will support business growth and performance by providing recruitment services to the homes in your region. By building strong relationships across your region, you will understand the unique challenges of each home and the level of support required. Acting as the SME for all things recruitment, you will be the go-to for advice and problem solving

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a hands on recruitment service to the homes with particularly challenging recruitment needs
  • Arrange, manage and attend recruitment days for the homes within your region, ensuring the event is marketed effectively
  • Train new employees within your region on the recruitment process including the use of the ATS and recruitment best practice
  • Attend regular meetings with the homes and regional teams to update them on recruitment successes or challenges whilst collaborating on plans for driving positive impact
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment and Operations Team to understand and respond to business priorities.
