Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene, recognize and understand clinical risk areas, act courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practice safe systems of work.
