Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Administrator, your focus will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home. This will include responsibilities such as collecting data for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, collating information for payroll, providing clerical support to the General Manager, and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process of staff.
